Sprocket Central Pty Ltd , a medium size bike & cycling accessories organization has approached Tony Smith (Partner) in KPMG's Lighthouse & Innovation Team . sprocket central Pty Ltd is keen to learn more about KPMG's expertise in its Analytics  ,Information & Modelling team.

The client provided KPMG with 3 datasets:
  • Customer Demographic
  • Customer Addresses
  • Transactions data in the past 3 months

Task 01 - Data Quality Assessment

I had remove all the Null Values present in the data are mention below .



Task 01 - Data Quality Assessment Email /Draft Format

Task 02 - Data Insights

I had use excel for data insight were I did the Merger all three different sheet Transaction , NewCustomerList, and Customer Demographic by using the some excel function like

VLOOKUP

REPLACE

DATEIF ( try to use online format for this function it will not work on the desktop app version)

RFM-Value ( "R" stand for Recency , "F" stand for "Frequency"  and "M" stand for Monetary)

MID , MEDIAN, MIN,MAX

Task 02- Data Insights Using Excel and Prepare Presentation

Task 03 -Dash Board Creations-PowerBI

I have created the Interactive DashBoard using PowerBI for visualisation
